Trampoline gymnastics is a competitive Olympic sport in which athletes perform acrobatics while bouncing on a trampoline. In competition, these can include simple jumps in the straight, pike, tuck, or straddle position to more complex combinations of forward and/or backward somersaults and twists.

I love to play volleyball and it all starts with some of my friends who were volleyball players for a long time and as I played with them I started to like it. About dancing I've always liked it tho, I always think about how to express my emotions in the form of art and how beautiful it is when all that you are thinking and feeling is express and one of the forms for that is dance, I am in love with contemporary dance. And remember, you know how to dance, some better others worse on the sight of each one, but in the end dancing is art and it will always be seen differently by others, but it will always be beautiful, there is no manual on how to create your art, that comes from you, that's why when you dance, dance with your soul and express your feelings by moving your body.❤️

My favorite sport is powerlifting and I did this my sophomore year in highschool. It's lifting weights also weighing in before competition time and competing against others my gender. I made it to regional and got 2nd place big medal with it lol.
