Lemon New Year's resolutions 🎇🥂

5 resolutions that will help in your 2023

These holidays can be overwhelming for some, but nobody says that you should start a new year with everything planned and knowing exactly what to do, so here are some tips to make 2023 lighter.

Make promises you can keep. Instead of making a goal to exercise every day, make a goal to go to the gym three days a week. Instead of overhauling your entire diet, try replacing sugary treats with healthier options, like fruit.

Making lifestyle changes can take time. Don't expect miracles overnight. Try to replace one unhealthy behavior at a time.

Talking about your resolutions and finding support can help you reach your goals. Try forming a group or taking a class with others whose goals are common to yours. Having support and being able to talk about your struggles will make sticking to your resolutions less overwhelming.

No matter how hard people try, no one achieves perfection. Don't give up on your resolutions if you make a mistake or have a setback. You must recover from your detour and continue on the route.

If you feel like you need help to reach your goal, seek support, no one says you have to do it alone and with friends it's more fun. Asking for help doesn't mean you're not enough.

Remember: setting small, achievable goals throughout the year instead of a singular, overwhelming goal on January 1 can help you achieve whatever you're striving for.

Remember, it will be a new year whenever you want and you can start over as many times as you need.

With love V 💛

Happy New Year!
