December has arrived, when the lights, the snowy landscapes and the decorations make us feel the warmth of this time, and for our lemons it is not the difference.

Christmas in Latin America is a little different from the rest of the world. It is characterized by its warm colors , hand made decorations and lights: magenta, green, gold, red, that make the folklore of countries like Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, El Salvador stand out.

According to history, it was the Celts who planted the custom of decorating trees during Christmas. These decorated the oaks with fruit and candles to ask for the return of the sun and the vegetation during the winter solstice. Can you imagine a tree decorated only with lemons?๐๐
