It's the last days of winter! You can already begin to savor the warmth of spring, and with the changes in temperature, you will also perceive changes in your house, your clothes and even the food you prepare. Along with all these changes, is your skin ready for the change of season? It is important that you adjust your skin care regimen so that your skin is ready for seasonal conditions.

Here are some tips from our lemons, which will take care of your skin and the planet.

Do not use products that contain avocado oil🥑, although it has many benefits, each avocado fruit uses more than 1000 liters of water to grow and its benefits are not absorbed through the skin, so if you want to get the benefits of avocado you can prepare a delicious avocado toast for dinner.

Since I already shared my daily care in the January issue, here I will show only some of the new clothes that I have acquired during this time.

1. Foam for washing from a Russian company from the city of Novosibirsk "Koltsovo", brand "Microlysis". Unlike their serum of this brand, the foam does not have such a pronounced smell, the aroma is quite pleasant. It is very soft in texture, so it is suitable for sensitive skin (positioned as a remedy for all types), gently cleanses, moisturizes the skin, does not leave dryness, in general, a pleasant product with natural ingredients.

2. Product - Bifida Cica Herb Serum from a fairly popular Korean brand ma.noy, which, like many others, cruelty free, produces vegan products that include natural ingredients in the composition. Specifically, this serum with Centella Asiatica. It has a very grassy smell, rather liquid, pleasant texture.

It heals and restores the skin very well, therefore it is suitable for both problematic and sensitive skin types (again, it is positioned as a product for all types), and one of the pluses is the hypoallergenicity of the serum (and all products of this line ma.nyo).

One of my tips that I want share with y'all and that is part of my routine is to always wear sunscreen, not only in spring, but even on days when you think there is no sun.

Prolonged exposure to the sun without protection damages us, as it emits UVA and UVB rays, which carry risks of skin diseases if we overexpose ourselves to them.

•Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before you go out in the sun. 🧴
